We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering team in the smooth running of facilities.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently type correspondence, manage documents and draft professional letters.
* Coordinate inductions and maintain compliance requirements.
* Prepare agendas and capture meeting minutes.
* Actively participate in meetings as required.
* Handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries and escalate matters as needed.
* Support the development and review of Engineering policies and procedures.
* Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across all departments.
Qualifications/experience required
* Effective use of relevant technologies, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appropriate health management systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge and experience in maintaining a security access database.
* Experience with Forcefield, Asure ID, Pulse, VRS & Gallagher.
* Previous experience working in a hospital or facilities management setting.
