Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Photocopier Service Technician for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Copier or Computer repair experience. While knowledge of Canon Print Management software Uniflow, is advantageous, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site repairs of A4 & A3 multi-function devices (MFDs)
* Provide remote fault diagnostics and resolution for clients
* Handle copier run-up, delivery, installation, and client training
* Apply IT and networking skills within print and scan software environments
* Travel to remote locations for repairs and installations
* Collaborate with the team to meet departmental KPIs and targets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong IT skills and solid networking knowledge
* Experience with both mono and color printers/copiers
* A proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
* Excellent customer service skills
* A neat, professional appearance and good organizational skills
* A current manual driver's license
* Honesty, enthusiasm, and reliability
* Prior experience with Canon devices is preferred but not mandatory
* A restricted electrical license is desirable
* Familiarity with Wide Format Printers is a plus
