The opportunity
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative - Onelink is to deliver exceptional customer service to Onelink customers (and internal customer groups) with the adherence of clearly defined customer service processes, particularly in responding to customer enquiries accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
What you will do
Fulfil customer expectations in line with Onelink contracts and strategies. E.g., Incoming, and outgoing communications with customers, including but not limited to; email, fax, web (online) and telephone.
Ensure Onelink inbound customer contacts regarding order inquiries, order placement and general product questions are dealt with in a proficient and professional manner.
Compose accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all Onelink customer contacts about customer orders, stock orders, nil supply, or delays.
Review Onelink orders for accuracy and confirm or correct customer orders prior to entering them into the system in line with delivery timeframes, VIC / WA Gov guidance and customer expectations (Acumen/ EPI).
Maintain and update information within the customer service database (Acumen/ EPI) including the follow up of all open customer queries.
Adhere to procedures regarding breaches (credits & returns), new accounts (opening), to ensure timely resolve and set up for Onelink customers.
Make necessary changes to customer accounts as requested within set guidelines (KPI's and agreed contract terms) and as per business procedures.
