We are looking for someone with musical talent and a passion for creative activities who can design engaging experiences that promote wellbeing, connection, and happiness.
Location: Buderim - QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (32 hours fortnight)
Rostered Hours: Week 1- Tuesday & Friday | Week 2 - Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Remuneration: $34.45 – $36.21 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts & Benefits

We are looking for someone who is warm, engaging, and client‐focused, with a genuine passion for enriching the lives of others. Whether you have experience facilitating group activities or simply have a creative skill or hobby you'd love to share, we would love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and facilitate individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
* Ensure that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
* Provide technical assistance, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
* Build strong relationships and foster a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
