The Role
* Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
* Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
* Process customer transactions on the point‐of‐sale system
* Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
* Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
* ASIC pass provided
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style
* Demonstrated experience using a point‐of‐sale system
* Eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
* Genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
