Position Summary:?
+ Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations?
+ Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our?team
+ Assist with the bar related tasks if required
+ Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
+ Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience
+ Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks?
+ Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
