What We’re Looking For With strong business growth and exciting new projects on the horizon, Allan Hall Human Resources is seeking a proactive and detail-driven administrator to join our high-performing recruitment team. Key Skills and Attributes for Success We’re not focused solely on recruitment experience — we’ll provide full training and support. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, juggle tasks, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you’ll bring: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative, coordination, or office-based customer service role. High-level organisational and time management skills — you’re someone who’s always one step ahead. A methodical approach to task completion, with strong attention to detail. Confidence using systems and a natural affinity for technology and process improvement. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support wherever needed. Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship offered for this role). The Role: Your Day-to-Day This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting our recruitment consultants and clients through high-quality administrative delivery. This role is 100% onsite in our Brookvale office. Your responsibilities will include: Managing candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checking, and psychometric testing administration. Keeping systems updated and ensuring smooth tracking of recruitment processes. Preparing reports and documentation for clients, candidates, and the internal team. Assisting with talent sourcing and initial candidate outreach. Supporting the delivery of exceptional service to both clients and candidates through well-organised, timely, and accurate support.
