Are you highly organised and passionate about delivering efficient, customer-focused administrative support in a healthcare setting?
Join YNLHN as an Administration Officer at Port Pirie Regional Health Service and play a vital role in the accurate registration of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency activity, supporting both clients and clinical teams across the service.
Key Responsibilities: Register and process inpatient, outpatient, and emergency activity accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely and precise data entry for outpatient and emergency records.
Provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors.
Deliver switchboard services for the Health Unit and Community Health.
Maintain medical records, including filing, collating case notes on client discharge, and providing records for audits and reviews.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a proactive and organised individual with experience in administrative and clerical support services.
You should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including developing spreadsheets, is essential.
