* As a key member of our team, you will drive the creation and execution of modern learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and programs to enhance our capability.
* Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager, you will shape regional learning strategies that enable CFA members to manage emergencies effectively according to Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Coordinators and Administrators to implement the regional learning plan, ensuring compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority and Victorian Registration and Quality Authority standards.
2. Drive CFA's Regional and state-wide L&D strategy, overseeing training plans, systems, and team alignment with key initiatives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships, standardize service delivery, and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in training, education, and/or leadership are highly desirable.
* Proven leadership skills demonstrating the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders and maintain effective relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, knowledge management, research, outcome, and evidence-based program design combined with financial resource management.
* Experience developing and implementing evidence-based programs within a large volunteer organization.
