* Support individuals from first point of contact using relevant relationship/information management systems.
* Work with individuals to identify their employment goals and develop associated action plans.
* Conduct initial assessments, develop tailored employment plans, and implement work-readiness strategies.
* Prepare individuals for the workforce through skills development, training, work placements and confidence building.
