Key Responsibilities:
The role of an IT Trainer is to deliver high-quality training and assessment programs that align with the organisation's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Deliver course curriculum efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct structured, flexible, and engaging training sessions.
* Utilise fair, valid, current, and sufficient teaching and assessment strategies.
* Facilitate individual and group learning activities online or in-person.
* Provide one-on-one support and regular progress checks for learners.
* Maintain accurate training records and assessment results.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to course development for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Additionally, you must hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and have proven experience in IT training or related industry roles.
You should possess strong understanding of current IT trends, tools, and technologies, as well as effective communication and technical skills to teach diverse learners.
