We are currently seeking a commercially astute State Manager to lead Western Australian operations within the commercial construction and building sector.

Based in the Northern Suburbs and reporting to the Eastern States–based General Manager, you will take ownership of sales, performance, and operational team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the WA growth strategy to increase revenue and market share
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and overall performance
• Build senior relationships with builders, contractors, installers, architects, and designers
• Drive specification and solution-based sales
• Oversee major accounts, contracts, and project delivery
• Lead and develop sales, warehouse, and administration teams
• Identify market opportunities and competitive activity
• Provide CRM utilisation and reporting
Key Requirements
• Sales and leadership experience in commercial construction, building fitout, or architectural specification products
• Strong commercial acumen
• Established industry relationships
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
