**The Opportunity**
Goldwind Australia are seeking applicants to fill the key position of HSEQ Advisor for their Gullen Range Wind Farm in NSW. This position will be based on site and commutable from Goulburn and the surrounding areas.

The Health & Safety Advisor will be integral in the daily management and administration of all health and safety aspects of onsite activities.
- Typical tasks will include daily monitoring of contractors work activities.
- Managing site access including inductions as well as verifying compliance of work against approved safety management plans and systems of work and assisting the HSEQ Manager as required.
- Ensure works are being conducted as safely as possible using risk management strategies.
- Promote Goldwind Australia's key Occupational Health & Safety targets and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to project employees in actively pursuing a Zero Harm culture.
- Provide visible Safety leadership across the site.
- Promote safe working behaviours and HSE advice and support.
**The Person**
- We are looking for someone ideally with experience in the Wind, Power or Construction Industry.
- HSEQ Professional who is comfortable with reporting on performance and preparing associated reports.
- Proactive in investigating and reporting safety issues.
- Genuine passion for renewable energy.
