This is a key position within our organization, requiring the successful candidate to have strong technical and business acumen.
The role will be responsible for managing systems that support the account lifecycle, patient identity, and the digital recipient experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bridging technical and business teams to gather, analyse and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Key responsibilities of the role include facilitating squad ceremonies such as backlog grooming, refinement and stand up to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. The successful candidate will also be required to support testing, implementation and change management by validating solutions and ensuring smooth delivery across our project delivery framework.
Other key responsibilities include analysing existing systems and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role requires monitoring project deliverables and timelines, raising risks and dependencies early to avoid delivery delays.
In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience as a technical business analyst. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks is also essential, as is excellent communication skills. The ability to work proactively in an autonomous squad is also highly desirable.
