Key Responsibilities:
* Client & Scheduling:
o Be the first point of contact for clients
o Manage shoot schedules and ensure smooth execution
o Liaise with clients post-shoot to ensure satisfaction
* Team Coordination:
o Assign daily tasks to photographers, editors, and contractors
o Track delivery deadlines and ensure jobs move smoothly through production
o Communicate clearly with the team about priorities and workload
* Business Operations:
o Oversee quality control of all completed materials
o Action revision requests from clients throughout the day
o Maintain our project management system
