Employment Type : Part Time or Full Time
Remuneration : $ Negotiable on experience
Location : Office + WFH

On a daily basis you will:
* Manage a caseload and complete therapeutic services.
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
* Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
* Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
To be considered suitable you will have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
* Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
