Senior Advisor, Change & Communications

* Salary Range $129,464 – $142,665 per annum + super
* Bathurst location with hybrid working
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service, is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping. Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non‐profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.
As Senior Advisor, Change & Communications, you will partner with internal business units to coordinate and deliver internal and external communications and change management to facilitate successful outcomes and ensure alignment to the organisation's vision, brand and objectives. You will liaise directly with key stakeholders to offer bold and innovative advice on the best ways to support their communications and change requirements.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in change and communications with good attention to detail and strong capabilities in digital communications and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content development with the ability to interpret messaging into easy‐to‐understand messages across multiple channels.
* Demonstrated experience in developing communication, engagement and change plans for a range of projects and audiences with the ability to measure engagement success.
* Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Essential Requirements
* Must be a NSW resident or in the process of relocating to NSW.
* Hold appropriate working rights for the type of employment offered.
