Contribute to data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
Manage and prioritise change requests across the Pronto ERP system.
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution objectives.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
Analyse and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Support solution design and implementation across multiple departments.
Drive integration, reporting, and evolution of the enterprise data warehouse.
The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT environments, preferably in the mining, resources, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP), including process analysis, configuration support, and stakeholder engagement.
Exposure to data warehouse projects, including involvement in data analysis, integration, and reporting requirements.
Experience in business process mapping (e.g., BPMN) and requirements gathering techniques.
