We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to join our team in Melbourne.
* This role requires the ability to partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.
* Talent development, employee engagement and workforce planning will be key areas of focus.
* Complex employee relations and change projects will need to be led effectively.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner role.
The successful applicant will have strength in employee relations, organisational development and strategic HR planning.
