Our client is a well-established leader in the civil construction industry, specialising in asphalt and road infrastructure projects across the region. About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators / Labourers to support asphalt road construction projects. These roles offer consistent local work, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods including nightshift and weekend work.
What You Will Be Doing
* Operating plant and equipment on asphalt and road construction projects
* Assisting with asphalt laying, road maintenance, and civil works
* Labouring duties including site preparation and clean-up
* Working as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
* Following all site safety procedures and guidelines
What You Will Need
* Minimum HR Truck Licence (essential)
* Construction Industry White Card (essential)
* Previous asphalt, civil, or construction experience (highly regarded)
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work well in a team environment
