Responsibilities
* Preparing accurate and compliant advice documents, such as Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Wholesale Advice Documents (WADs), tailored to meet client goals and objectives.
* Collaborating closely with Bankers and internal stakeholders to refine recommendations, conduct detailed financial calculations, and ensure all advice aligns with compliance standards.
* Reviewing advice submissions, maintaining detailed records, and providing coaching to Bankers on documentation standards.
* Managing your workload to meet service level agreements and escalating any compliance or process inefficiencies as needed.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements, with expertise in financial planning software.
* High attention to detail, with proven ability to draft accurate advice documents and perform precise financial calculations.
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and articulate advice recommendations clearly.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
