With locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, RENZ Australia has been in operation for 42 years as a leading supplier of high quality office and commercial print finishing equipment and security destruction equipment, related consumables and technical service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Service Technician who will be responsible for service and technical repairs of equipment both in the field and in the workshop as well as equipment installations and training.
Typical key responsibilities include:
* On-site problem solving, trouble shooting, servicing and repairs
* Perform regular service calls to clients registering product faults, damaged equipment, new part replacements and those customers on annual maintenance contracts
* Equipment installation, commissioning and testing
* Customer training including machine operations and basic programming
* Supporting the sales team during customer demonstrations
* Generate detailed and itemised reports of all service installation and breakdown calls
* Continually look to improve reliability and performance of equipment
Skills and experience:
* Electro - Mechanical experience
* A flexible disposition and able to communicate well with others
* Work experience in a customer service environment
* Computer skills
* Excellent time management skills
