We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service and sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also possess basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
