To support increasing demand, our client is now looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team. You will receive hands‐on support from an experienced Director, including weekly clinical supervision, regular check‐ins, and a structured 12‐week induction programme designed to set you up for success.
About the role
In this role, you will work with children and their families to deliver meaningful, evidence‐based therapy. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing speech, language, and literacy delays or disorders
* Planning and delivering individualised therapy programs
* Providing services across homes, schools, pre‐schools, and via telehealth
* Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals
* Developing and adapting therapy resources
* Using a strengths‐based, neurodiversity‐affirming approach
* Managing administrative tasks in a timely and flexible manner
* Actively participating in team meetings and events

Requirements
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
