That means genuine cross-functional career progression once you’ve grown in your own lane.With multiple high-end commercial and lifestyle projects underway and 8+ new resorts launching in 2025, we’re now seeking an experienced, detail-driven Senior Contract Administrator to join our Commercial Construction Division, supporting the successful delivery of architecturally designed luxury resort infrastructure.About the RoleReporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and contractual management of a wide variety of projects—from wellness centres and pool houses to country clubs and summer houses.You'll work across both pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring cost control, compliance, and high-quality delivery across the board.Your responsibilities will include:Managing tenders, subcontractor procurement & negotiationsPreparing and reviewing subcontracts, variations, progress claims & paymentsDeveloping scopes of work and construction documentationMaintaining procurement schedules, budget reports, and financial forecastsLiaising with suppliers, consultants, site teams, and estimatingAdministering contracts in accordance with project and legal requirementsSupporting risk identification and mitigation throughout the build processAbout YouYou’re a confident, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
