About the role
ZIZZO INSULATION is seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join our team in Park Ridge, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
What you'll be doing
* Respond professionally and be the first point of contact for all customers including builders
* Maintain and update high volume email system and Outlook calendar to ensure accurate record-keeping
* Maintain and administer electronic filing system
* Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes and procedures
* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies
* Provide administrative support to the wider team, as determined by the Manager/Owner
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum 5 years\' proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Experience within the building/construction industry, particularly with insulation or energy efficiency requirements, highly desired
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
* Data entry including reading energy efficiency reports and completing relevant documents for builders
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
* Adaptability and the ability to work well in a team environment
* Must have the right to work in Australia
* Early starts are required (7.30 am - 3.30 pm)
