About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sheridan Australia.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
You will lead by example, creating memorable and honest customer connections. You will assist in training and developing your team to help achieve store goals and key performance indicators.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You have assisted in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
* You have previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store.
* You are comfortable managing high stock volumes and processing deliveries.
* You collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
