An exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain team has become available within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a full-time permanent opportunity.**
As an Executive Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for various projects and business as usual tasks within the National Supply Chain (NSC) department, with the overarching goal of improving costs and availability.
**What the job looks like**:
- Lead and mentor a high performing team
- Oversee and support collaboration with internal and external ALDI stakeholders to ensure project delivery and ongoing business efficiency
- Manage all aspects of projects, including technical implementation, schedule, scope, and stakeholders' management
- Establish, develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships across multiple levels
- Provide relevant training as required
- Turn insights into compelling narratives and executive presentations using visualisation and communication skills
- Facilitate the coordination of end-to-end Supply Chain processes from concept, design and facilitation
- Be available to support the Supply Chain Management operational teams as required

**What we need from you**:
- Experience in leading a high performing operations or project focused team is essential
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or retail is essential
- Strong competency in MS Office is essential
- Advanced analytical skills, including capturing, processing, and organising data to uncover actionable insights
- Analytical thinking and ability to use data to solve problems
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain findings in commercial terms
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong ability to effectively manage change
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a supply chain or logistics is highly regarded
