We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our residential maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to our customers.

* Previous experience in residential maintenance or construction supervision is essential.
* A strong background in trade skills would be highly beneficial but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle time on-site and in-office effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending completed homes during the 12-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues.
* Completing minor repairs on-site where appropriate.
* Conducting structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio.
* Liaising directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience.
* Coordinating with colleagues to book and manage trades for larger or specialized repairs.
* Maintaining detailed records and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
