About the Role
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across a varied caseload
* Lead and mentor junior clinicians
* Conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning
* Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals
* Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' clinical experience (rehab, CTP, or occupational health preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Current driver's license
