About our Government Charging team
Callida's Government Charging practice specialises in assisting Government organisations to understand and manage their underlying resources to deliver operational and charging policy outcomes.
We focus on delivering bespoke fit for purpose costing models which provide insightful analysis to inform decision making, and assist agencies to understand, manage and eliminate unnecessary costs to maintain efficient and effective operations in the delivery of their policy outcomes. We focus on the practical development, application and implementation of activity based and other best practice costing methodologies to support our client's business challenges.
Who We Are Looking For
Callida's Government Charging practice is a market leader. Our success means we need to expand our operation. We are currently looking to grow our team of Management Consultants who have seven to ten years of professional workplace experience and/or are currently at Senior Manager/Associate Director/EL1 level.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the impact of well-designed government charging policy and pricing advice, and who thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
You will have:
* Previous experience in financial management or management accounting fields, in either the private or public sector,
* Demonstrated experience working with and developing cost or pricing/revenue models,
* Experience leading small teams to achieve defined outcomes,
* An ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders and clients,
* Problem solving skills with comfort in completing qualitative and quantitative analyses and a strong attention to detail,
* Ability to think both strategically and creatively to deliver exceptional client service,
* Self-motivated and confident with the ability to influence clients,
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
* Capable of articulating complex problems with clarity and simplicity, and
* Embracing challenges with curiosity and openness, viewing experiences as opportunities to learn and grow.
Please note, experience in consulting is not a prerequisite for this position.
As a firm specialising in consulting for government, we do require candidates to be Australian Citizens in order to obtain a government security clearance through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
