Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client interactions, driving and coordinating all activities during project development phases. This includes building strong relationships with dedicated accounts, developing and implementing project sales strategies, collaborating with customers' Engineering, Operation, and Maintenance teams, and identifying opportunities and delivering customized solutions.
* Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the energy industry.
* Sales Acumen: Proven success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the oil & gas and industrial markets in Australia.
* Customer Focus: Exceptional customer orientation and interface skills, with demonstrable evidence of successful project execution and contract negotiation.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
