Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Maintaining and growing a portfolio of Broker relationships.
* Identifying current opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth.
* Prepare quotes and manage end to end tender response processes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
* Resolve customer issues across pricing, credit & settlement and escalade complex matters as needed.
About you
To be successful with this chance, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
* Degree qualified in Finance, Business or a related degree is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or a Business Development Manager ideally in the commercial asset finance sector.
* Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Vendors in the Australian market.
* Robust understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management.
* Motivated and adaptable relationship manager who delivers exceptional customer service.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as operate independently.
* Genuine interest in developing market share and looking for business development opportunities.
* Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
