The Position, but not limited to:
* Assist with managing a very well maintained, mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial complexes
* Liaising with owners/tenants
* Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
* Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
* Conducting general and committee meetings as required
* Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes
The Criteria:
* Previous experience in Strata
* Class 2 Licence holder
* Valid driver's license
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* Have excellent time management skills
