Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Associate Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Australia.
Responsibilities
* Apply a deep understanding of technical principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions.
* Deliver operational excellence by managing complex technical solutions and multiple jobs, assigning work, directing project outcomes and verifying the work of other technical staff.
* Work on multi‐discipline building services projects from inception through strategic planning, concept, detailed design, planning and resourcing to meet budgets and targets.
* Build strong client relationships based on an understanding of client needs and provision of appropriate technical solutions that lead to repeat business.
* Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills with clients.
* Have significant market experience, client depth and demonstrable success in Health, Education, Commercial, Defence and Transport sectors.
* Contribute to the leadership of the section and to the further growth of the team.
Location: Melbourne, Australia.
About You
* Well networked Chartered Electrical Engineer and Registered Building Practitioner with a strong track record delivering Building Services projects and significant client depth.
* Strategic thinker who enjoys sharing successes and contributing to the growth of the group.
* Sound knowledge of the Australian Building Code and Standards, and strong technical capability in Electrical Building Services design.
* Experienced client leader who excels in building relationships and turning opportunities into outcomes.
* Recognised credentials in Rail and Defence are an advantage.
