What will you be doing?
You'll be hands-on, leading your shift and making sure the store runs like clockwork across different peak trading periods. From the morning rush to evening demand, you'll be managing people, pace and standards.
* Oversee daily store operations across key trading periods
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of casuals and shift supervisors
* Support the Store Manager with training and development
* Deliver exceptional service in a fast-moving environment
* Keep the team energised, engaged, and focused on results
Who are you?
You're not from a slow retail environment - you're from grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or big-box retail. You understand pace, volume, and people management, and you know how to get the best out of your team.
* 3-5 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to lead large, young and diverse teams
* A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure
* Organised, hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
* Confident communicator who keeps teams motivated and customers happy
* Able to work a combination of mornings, nights & weekend shifts
