Job Opportunity: Aquatic Programs Instructor

At our aquatic and leisure center, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced instructor to lead our Casual Aquatic Programs.

* The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging Learn to Swim sessions for diverse age groups and abilities, incorporating inclusive practices and community feedback.
* This role involves close collaboration with our Aquatics Coordinator and other instructors to develop and improve program offerings, as well as engaging with local groups to raise awareness and promote accessibility.
* Key responsibilities include rostering, school bookings, and program reporting, ensuring accurate records and efficient equipment management.

As an instructor, you'll be responsible for supervising participants with care, educating patrons on safe aquatic practices, and contributing to staff development and community events.
