We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts for government employers and unions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement, retention, and promoting financial wellbeing in the workplace.
* Craft executive communications for government employers and union stakeholders, encompassing legislative requirements, product updates, and service campaigns.
* Create Super link quarterly updates and financial wellbeing campaigns.
* Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive satisfaction, engagement, growth, and retention.
* Deliver member engagement communications for workplace activations, seminars, and events.
* Produce collateral toolkits on superannuation and retirement topics.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement annual marketing plans and calendars.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives with marketing activities.
* Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
