Description
We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of a technically challenging marine scope. The works include demolition, wharf construction, services installation, and integration with landside infrastructure - all managed in‑house with a self‑perform delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage marine civil works including wharf structures, services, and landside tie‑ins
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants across design and delivery
* Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
* Drive program, cost, and reporting outcomes
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and the private client
Profile
* Proven experience managing marine or coastal civil projects
* Strong background with self‑perform contractors (not just client‑side or consultancy)
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Comfortable working FIFO on a 2/1 roster from Perth
