Your strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, supported by your ability to research and interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly through reports and presentations, will be essential in driving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Program Strategies: Work with senior officers to develop and implement effective program strategies that align with departmental goals and objectives.
2. Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Utilize your strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to research and interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly through reports and presentations.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to deliver results and meet business objectives.
4. Quality Work and Meeting Deadlines: Produce quality work and manage competing priorities in a results-focused environment.
5. Independent Advice: Provide trusted, independent advice to senior officers on complex issues.
Requirements:
* Proven Expertise in Program Management: Demonstrate proven expertise in program and project management.
* Deep Knowledge of VET and Industry Sectors: Have deep knowledge of Queensland's VET and industry sectors.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and advisory skills.
* Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
