Role Purpose
We are looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst to join our high‐performing central strategy team. Our Strategy & Corporate Development team works at the centre of the business, partnering with senior leaders to shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and execute high‐impact M&A and partnerships across global markets. A great opportunity for a strategy or management consultant ready to move closer to decision‐making, execution and long‐term impact.
Key Accountabilities
* Support enterprise‐wide strategic planning, including the 5‐year plan and annual Board strategy cycles
* Analyse and evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships
* Build advanced financial models and valuations (DCF, business cases, scenario analysis)
* Lead key workstreams across commercial due diligence, deal execution and integration support
* Deliver high‐quality insights, presentations and Board papers for senior decision‐makers
* Monitor industry trends, competitor movements and deal flow in a dynamic global sector
Qualifications
* 3‐4 years' experience in strategy or management consulting
* Strong problem‐solving, analytical and structured thinking capability
* Advanced financial modelling and data synthesis skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
* Curiosity, integrity and the confidence to challenge thinking constructively
