Hotel Hospitality Professional
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Hotel Hospitality Professional to welcome our guests at Hamilton Island's newest luxury boutique hotel.
Your Role:
* Greet guests warmly and professionally at all arrival points and during their stay.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
* Assist guests with inquiries about activities, entertainment, and amenities, providing expert recommendations.
* Coordinate with other departments to manage arrivals, departures, and special guest requests.
* Maintain guest accounts, post transactions accurately, and ensure payment limits are adhered to.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
* Provide support with after-hours reservations when necessary, using product knowledge to secure bookings.
