What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a practitioner who balances technical proficiency with exceptional caseload management.
The Essentials:
* Qualified & Registered: AHPRA-recognised Physiotherapy degree and current registration.
* Professional Standards: Valid professional indemnity insurance ($25M) and a commitment to strict patient confidentiality and consent protocols.
* Experienced: Extensive background in pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women. Must have experience in the assessment, treatment and management of: functional bowel disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (females only), persistent pelvic pain.
* Clinical Excellence: Proficiency in both vaginal and rectal examinations is essential.
The Stand-Outs:
* Experience in fitting and teaching self-management of vaginal pessaries (highly regarded).
* Strong communication skills for engaging in MDT meetings and ensuring clear and timely communication with colleagues and referrers.
* Exceptional time management—you take pride in staying on schedule, can effectively manage your own caseload and complete clinical notes daily.
