Key Responsibilities:
* Centre individual needs, strengths, and employment aspirations in all planning and service delivery.
* Manage a caseload of participants, providing personalized guidance, support, and direction to help them achieve employment goals.
* Promote coaching and support ensuring consistency and participant-centred approach.
* BUILD rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans that reflect their goals, strengths, and identified support needs.
Job Requirements
* Education: Relevant qualification or experience in Career Coaching or related field
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of disability employment services
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Able to work independently and as part of a team
