Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise complex executive calendars
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, off-sites, and travel arrangements
* Prepare expense reports and support procurement processes
* Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and purchase order management
* Support onboarding, team operations, and morale initiatives
* Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure operational excellence
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in an EA or Business Administrator role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts); Power BI experience a plus
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
