Aon Affinity is looking for a Client Executive to support the servicing of a portfolio client accounts in the entertainment industry including musicians, performers, Film & TV companies, dance companies, Photographers, Event Managers and Event & Festival Promoters.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

**What the day will look like**
Your day will be busy with a strong focus on client servicing and retention, which will be the key to your success
You will be responsible for servicing, sales and administration responsibilities pertaining to client insurance policy renewals.
**Responsibilities**:
- The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs
- Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your team's revenue, acquisition and retention targets
- Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients
- Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies
- Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations
- Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for client servicing and superior communication skills.
Additionally, you will relate to the following:
- A natural ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients
- Sales mindset and comfortable providing solutions to clients
- Underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
