Executive Culinary Manager


The role of Executive Culinary Manager is a critical one, responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation.


Key Responsibilities:



* Bulk cooking for various meals to meet customer demand and preferences

* Managing a team of skilled culinary staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations through rigorous monitoring and maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment

* Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence in food quality, presentation, and service

* Maintaining open communication channels with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving



Requirements:


Applicants for this position should possess a Cert III in Commercial Cookery and have extensive experience in bulk catering. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
