We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and solutions-driven Trainee Logistics Planner to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Canning Vale branch.

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role working 7am - 5pm with a strong team environment and the chance to really make the role your own.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating fleet movements and scheduling runs for drivers
* Communicating clearly with drivers, customers and internal teams
* Tracking deliveries and proactively resolving any transport issues
* Keeping customers informed throughout the delivery and collection process
* Contributing ideas to continuously improve transport efficiency and service
You're someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly. You bring a positive attitude, strong organisation skills and a genuine commitment to customer service and safety.
Qualifications
* Experience in Administration and Customer Service roles.
* Strong knowledge of Perth and surrounding areas is helpful
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confidence using Computer (full training given)
* High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A strong commitment to workplace safety (OH&S)
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a typing speed and accuracy test prior to interview.
