* Work collaboratively in an operational team, adhering to site operational and safety policies and procedures.
* Perform operational duties to assist with grain receival and outturning, ensuring seamless processes.
* Attend and complete required site training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Weighbridge Operations: Safely and efficiently operate weighbridge equipment.
* General Labouring Roles: Perform various manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy loads.
