We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners
Negotiate contracts and agreements with major accounts
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Marketing Management
Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence
Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, trade shows)
Manage the company's digital presence including website, social media, and email marketing
Coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events
Develop marketing collateral, product catalogs, and promotional materials
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI on marketing investments
Business Development
Identify and evaluate potential new product lines and suppliers
Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and distributors
Analyze market trends to guide product selection and inventory decisions
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth product flow and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field, or
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or import/export industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience in B2B sales and account management
Strong understanding of the Australian retail and wholesale market
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
Highly Desirable
Experience in import/wholesale distribution industry
Bilingual capabilities (Asian languages highly regarded)
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of international trade and logistics
Established network of contacts in the Australian retail sector
Experience in FMCG or consumer goods sectors
Leadership:Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve exceptional results
Strategic Thinking:Capability to develop and execute long-term strategies
Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial reports

Salary Package
Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 plus superannuation
Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
Additional performance-based bonuses up to 20% of base salary
Salary reviews conducted annually
